Terms & Conditions - PrintCash Affiliate Program

The following are the terms and conditions of the PrintCash Affiliate Program, otherwise referrered to as "the program". AAA Full Color Printing reserves the right to terminate any agreement relating to the program at their discretion at any time.

SPAMMING IS NOT PERMITTED Do not put our link on any site that is promoted in any way relating to unsolicited email or newsgroup postings. True opt-in email newsletters are welcome. If we receive multiple spam complaints, your account will be immediately terminated.

LINKING You may use one account on all of your sites and pages. Targeting a new window is allowed (that is correct - this is not a misprint). You may use authorized text links and banners, but NO pop-ups (unless you use our approved Passive Exit Window) or blind links. You must use the correct code for each link as instructed. Your linking code will direct potential customers to our full color business cards site and the free sample offer.

PAYMENTS Payments are made on the 10th for the previous month's clicks. The minimum check is $50. If you do not earn $50 in any given month, the amount is automatically carried over to the following month. Payments are made on a per unique clickthrough basis. A "clickthrough" is defined as someone who clicks an approved text link or banner on your site and ends up at AAA Full Color Business Cards. Unique means that we pay for each user once, and not for multiple clickthroughs from the same user. To further prevent cheating our system, we also require minimum conversion ratios in order to qualify for pay rates up to 20 cents per clickthrough. Our program converts very well with traffic from business-related sites, but, as long as your traffic produces at least 1 free registration*, you will still be paid. If your traffic ever converts worse than 1 in 100, or less than 1%, you will be paid out at $0.50 per free sample registration.

*We only count free sample registrations sent to visitors from the United States and Canada. Free Samples are not sent to any other visitor outside of these two countries. Consequently, we will not count any registrations from visitors originating outside the U.S. or Canada. Any registrations recieved from any country outside the U.S. or Canada will not be counted toward your conversion ratio.

VERY IMPORTANT:  If, by the end of any calendar month, your traffic has NOT produced a free sample registration, you will lose all clicks sent to us during that calendar month. All click counts for all webmasters will reset to zero for the start of the new calendar month. This reset will only affect those webmasters who had been converted to a "per free sample registration" payout because of unproductive traffic AND those webmasters who have not produced at least 1 free sample registration during the calendar month. All other webmasters getting paid within the sliding per-click scale of 1 cents to 20 cents will not be affected by this counter reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

ALLOWED SITES One account per webmaster and tax ID. ALL SITES are welcome except: sites that promote sex, adult entertainment, violence, hatred, pirated materials, spam emails or other activities that are illegal in the United States. Any violation of this will result in immediate termination without notification. All pages on your site must be entirely in English. The program does not pay webmasters from Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia and other former Soviet states, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, and Yugoslavia.

FALSELY GENERATED CLICKS Any account that generates clickthrus on it's own accord will be immediately removed from the program and referred to our legal counsel for action. You also may not "encourage" surfers in any special way to click on our link just for the sake of clicking and coming back to your site, OR must not "incentivize" your users or surfers to sign up for the free sample registrations for purposes of inflating your conversion ratios. We will investigate any and all suspicious activity relating to these hypothetical scenarios.

THE PROGRAM'S RIGHTS All referring pages must be visible to all web surfers without registration or membership requirements. We reserve the right, at our request, to see all referring pages and servers logs if neccessary. We reserve the right to terminate webmasters without payment who make derogitory comments about the PrintCash program or employees of AAA Full Color Business Cards.

NETWORK FAILURES AND ACTS OF GOD The program shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to internet and equipment failures and/or other acts outside of our reasonable control.

TERMINATION We take these terms very seriously. An account found to be violating one or more of the above terms will be terminated without payment or notification. Questions relating to the program may be addressed to admin@aaa-full-color-printing.com
